③ Contact USPS for account verification



(1) Send E-mail as the form of the following template

Subject: Web Tools API Access

Recipient：e-VS@usps.gov/sales@usps.gov

Text body:

We would like to use the USPS API to create tags and request the following permissions：

eVS Domestic Labels

Scan Form

USPS Returns Labels
