How to Citate Product Information?

Definition:



Linking the associated listing images, dimensions, and weight information to the bound SKUs primarily addresses the issue of updating SKUs when there are changes to the platform's images, dimensions, or weights, thereby preventing errors during order processing and shipping.



Note:



If a SKU is mapped with multiple listings, this action will be executed multiple times, potentially causing the information to be overwritten by the last executed listing



[Cited Images] Operational Procedure:



Step 1: Inventory > Products > Simple > Citation Information > Citaed Images



Step 2: Select Platform and Store > Choose Cite Mode > Click Confirm

	
Add All: Add all listing images mapped with the SKU to the SKU
	
Full Coverage: Replace the existing SKU images with the listing images mapped with the SKU.
	
Update Only Items Without Images: Add listing images mapped with the SKU to the SKU, effective only for SKUs without images
