How to Combine Orders?

To combine orders, the following three conditions must be simultaneously met:

【1】Orders must originate from the same store.

【2】The recipient addresses must be identical in every detail, including case sensitivity, spaces, and all other characters.

【3】Buyer information must be consistent across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok, Shopify, Walmart, Temu, Etsy, WooCommerce.



Notes:

【1】Order consolidation can only be performed when the orders are in a pending status.



Operational Procedure:



Step 1: Navigate to the "To-Ship" section and click on "Go combined shipping"





Step 2: Click on "Combine"



Step 3: Select the orders to combine and click on "Combine"
