How to use 4Seller Order Edit Feature?

4Seller Supports Order Edit: Sellers  can use the order editing function when need to send additional gifts to the buyer, or change the order products.
Note: 


	
Only "To Ship" Orders can be edited;
	
Split orders do not support order editing. If you need to edit them, you must first restore the split order.
	
Turn On/Off  Shipping minus inventory, the order editing function will be different to use.


Method One: Turn On Shipping minus inventory
Step One: [To Ship--Order Details--Edit products--Add or remove Products--Add Quantity--Save]



Note:

1.The maximum quantity of a product that can be added is the available inventory quantity,

2.When Turn On Shipping minus inventory, Only can select the same warehouse as the order to edit products.



If need change warehouse, method one: Edit products and save, then change warehouse(only can be modified in non-editing state);



method two:  In non-editing state to change warehouse then edit products.



3.[Remove] The original or newly added SKU can be removed.



4.The edited order can be split and the number of packages depends on the number of products in the original order.

Method Two: Turn Off  Shipping mins inventory



Step one: [To Ship--Order Details--Edit products--Add or remove Products--Add Quantity--Save]
Note: 

1. When Turn Off shipping minus inventory, can select any warehouse to add products.

2.[Remove] The original or newly added SKU can be removed.
