How to Manage Products?

Enter the Inventory module to create inventory product SKUs in 4Seller and manage product SKUs.



1.Introduction of Field




1.Category: The product category set on 4Seller to facilitate the management of product SKU

2.Tag: Product Tag set on 4Seller to facilitate management of product SKU

3.Channel: the sales platform of the listing corresponding to the product SKU

4.Creator: Creator of product SKU

5. Search bar: You can search for product by Stock Sku number/Product Name







5.On Hand: Indicates the quantity of inventory in stock

6.Edit: Check the blan grid, single or batch edit the simple products with Barcode, Product Name, Group, Brand, Place of origin, Tag, Weight, Dimension, Status, Recent purchase price, Selling price, Supplier, Description.

7.Print Stock SKU Label: Support Print Stock Sku Label single or batch and support edit print template and quantity.

8.Delete: Delete the product

2.Create Simple Product


Click Create to create Simple Product







On the Create Simple Product page, you can do the following:

1. Add product information:

(1) Add product Image (Support JPG, PNG or GIF file Max of 5MB per file) and video (Video upload is limited to 150MB or about 1 minute long.)

(2) Fill in the product name and SKU (Required)

(3) Add the Barcode, Category, Brand, Condition, Country Of Origin, Weight, Dimension, Tag and other information of the product







2. Add price:

(1) Add Selling Price (Required)

(2) Add Wholesale Price

3. Add Supplier

(1) Add Supplier

(2) Add Purchase Price

4. Add description:

Supports rich text and plain text

Finally click Save to save the Simple Product.
