How to Customized Pick List Template?

Currently, 4Seller supports customizing the printing template  of the Pick List, which is convenient for setting flexibly for the printing content according to the actual business scenario and printing needs. The specific steps are as follows:
1.Go the Setting Section
Enter the 4Seller setting template, select print setting, click the pick list edit button, then enter the custom pick list interface.


2. Choosing the template type
There are four templates for the pick list:

① Standard version (printed according to the order dimension)

② Simplified version (standard version without picture style)

③ Aggregation version (printed by warehouse dimension SKU summary)

④ Simplified aggregation version (summary version without picture style)

There are two paper sizes: A4 and Letter (8.5''x11");

Users can select the corresponding print type and paper size in the left column according to business needs


3.Edit the Content of template

(1) General Components
Click the component you want to use and drag it to the print template in the middle. You can adjust the component on the template page, or edit the size, background color, line thickness, line type, etc. of the component in the right column;


(2)Common information
In the common information column, select the information related to the pick list and drag it to the printing template in the middle. These variable information will be automatically replaced with corresponding information data when the template is printed. You can adjust the information on the template page, and you can also edit the size, font size, background color, etc. of the variable information in the right column.


(3) Barcode setting
It supports printing barcodes. You can select the corresponding barcode in the information column and drag it to the printing template in the middle. It will be automatically converted into the corresponding information data when printing. You can adjust it directly on the template page or adjust the size in the right column.


(4) Order information Setting
The variable information in "Order Information" is displayed in the form of a table. Drag the variable information to the print template in the middle to generate a table. Then you can check the required variable information in the right column to add it to the table; the length can be adjusted in the right column.


(5）Other information
4Seller supports displaying grid lines and adjusting the spacing of grid lines,  adding watermarks, check "Watermark" and click "Configure", and you can edit the watermark content in the right column; Supports adjusting the alignment of each component and the order of layer placement; Click "Clear" to quickly clear the template editing content.


4. Preview template content

In the print settings interface, click the Preview button to preview the edited template type.
